Sheldrake Haulage Limited has for over 42 years been involved in log haulage in the Central North Island as a contractor to initially N.Z. Forest Products Limited and more latterly working for a number of different forestry owners around the central North Island.

The company has continued to grow and expand; in the year 2000 it diversified into the transportation of pulp & paper products for Carter Holt Harvey Pulp & Paper and general freight to destinations New Zealand wide.

The Company is very proactive in the New Zealand transport industry and sees itself as a leader with many new initiatives and improvements within the industry 

 

The Company currently owns and operates a modern fleet of Seventeen truck and trailer units, with fifteen of them being logging trucks and two curtain siders.

With the sale of the business late in 2019 from Graham Sheldrake to his son Mathew, the business formerly known as G.J Sheldrake Limited is now Sheldrake Haulage Limited.
